Our Guide will meet you at your
hotel in the morning. Visit Tiananmen Square and the
Forbidden City. After lunch, visit the Summer Palace.
Transfer back to your hotel. (Lunch)
Tian'anmen
Square: The heart of urban Beijing and large enough
to accommodate an assembly of one million people. It
stands in front of the Forbidden City, at its north
the Tiananmen Rostrum, from which imperial decrees were
promulgated.
Forbidden
City: Used to be the imperial palace of the Ming
(1368 - 1644) and Qing (1616-1911) dynasties. It is
called the Palace Museum now.
Summer
Palace: The best-preserved imperial garden in the
world that boasts centralized architectural masterpieces
as well as scenic beauties.
