Tour Itinerary:
Our Guide will meet you at your
hotel in the morning. Tour to the Mutianyu Great Wall.
After lunch, visit the Ming Tombs. Transfer back to
your hotel.
Mutianyu
Great Wall: Located in Huairou County 70km northeast
of Beijing, Mutianyu section of Great Wall is connected
with Juyongguan Pass in the west and Gubeikou Gateway
in the east. As one of the best-preserved parts of the
Great Wall, Mutianyu section of Great Wall used to serve
as the northern barrier defending the capital and the
imperial tombs. First built in the mid-6th during the
Northern Qi dynasty, Mutianyu Great Wall is older than
Badaling Great Wall.
Ming
Tombs: The Tombs of thirteen Emperors of Ming Dynasty
with 500 year history located about 50 kilometers to
the north of Beijing.
