1. Tour code ( each tour has a code like BJT_03 );
2. Your name on passport and your nationality;
3. Your hotel name and address in Beijing;
4. Your check-in names ( The names you have used to book
your hotel );
5. The date of check-in your hotel;
6. The date that you will start the tour;
7. Numbers of adults and children in your party;
8. Payment by cash to our guide when picking up from your
hotel;
9. Once we have your above information, we will start to
make arrangement for your tour according to your request.
Confirmation with details will be sent to you when your
tour has been arranged.
