Tour Itinerary

Day 01 Beijing - Shanghai (Lunch)
Our English-speaking guide meet you in your hotel in the morning and then take our private car to the airport. Take flight from Beijing to Shanghai which takes 2 hours. Arriving at Shanghai airport, local tour guide will meet you at the airport. After lunch, have a stroll along the Bund. Take a boat cruise on the Huangpu River. Be transfered to your hotel.

The Bund: It is in fact a waterfront area in Shanghai. A spacious walkway for sightseeing runs atop a 771-metre long retaining wall on the Bund, paved with colorful tiles and dotted with flower beds and lighting. It is a good place for a leisurely stroll and a view of the Huangpu River. The Bund is very impressive at night, as the floodlights of the grand buildings on the Bund are shining together, making the buildings look like huge crystal palaces.
Day 02 Shanghai - Suzhou - Shanghai (Breakfast, Lunch)
Our guide pick you up from your hotel at about 08:00am, and help you to take high speed train from Shanghai to Suzhou. A 30 minutes train ride will take you to Suzhou. Visit the Zhuozhengyuan Garden (Humble Administrators Garden) and Liuyuan Garden (Lingering Garden). After lunch, take a rickshaw and ride through the streets of Suzhou, see local people's daily life, folk handicrafts and the ancient buildings. Be transferred to Suzhou railway station to board on the train back to Shanghai.

Zhuozhengyuan Garden: Occupying more than 4 hectares, it is one of the largest classic gardens in Suzhou. The garden boasts marvelous houses, small hills, water ponds, trees and flowers. It is a wonderful place to gain understanding of the Chinese culture; visitors can enjoy Chinese architecture, arts, painting, calligraphy and carving.
Liuyuan Garden: Covering an area of 23,310 square meters, the garden is best known for its rockery and water ponds. The garden is boasts ponds, artificial hills, pavilions, trees, flowers and has many viewing spots for visitors. In 1997, the garden was listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
Day 03 Shanghai - Beijing (Breakfast, Lunch)
Visit World Financial Center, a super tall skyscraper with breathtaking view of Shanghai, the building became the tallest structure on mainland China. Then explore Tianzifang Street which has developed from a local residence area to a new art zone, and became a magnet for art galleries. In the street, there are bars, cafes, craft shops, studio, galleries, and boutiques. After lunch, tour to YuYuan Garden, explore Shanghai old town around the City God Temple. Be transferred to Shanghai airport and take flight back to Beijing. Arrive Beijing, be met by local guide and transferred to your hotel.

YuYuan Garden: A classical garden located in Anren Street, near to the Bund. The garden is typical of the gardening art south of the Yangtze River. The gardens are purposefully designed to distort space and distance. The garden was primarily built in Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) by Mr. Pan, a local government officer.
City God Temple: A Taoist Temple located in Huangpu area near the Yuyuan Market. The original temple, constructed in Ming Dynasty. The City God Temple is surrounded by the traditional commercial district. There are more than one hundred shops in the area and most buildings of these shops are over 100 years old.

3. Single Room Supplement
Should a twin room is needed by a single guest, supplement of the twin room will be charged.
What is single supplement? - The hotel is based on double occupancy. If the visitor travels alone or the number of the travelers is odd (such as 3, 5, 7...), who stays in one single room has to pay the single room supplement. As the hotel is on double occupancy.
