Tour Itinerary

Day 01 Beijing - Xi'an (Lunch, Dinner)
Our guide pick you up from your hotel in Beijing and take early morning flight for Xian. Xi'an local guide will meet you at the airport and transfer to your hotel. After lunch, visit Shaanxi Provincial History Museum. Then pay a visit to the Big Goose Pagoda. Move on to explore the Muslim Quarters.

Shaanxi Provincial History Museum: The museum was built in 1983 and opened to the public in 1991. It is a giant Tang Dynasty style architecture, covers an area of 65,000 square meters. 370,000 exhibits show the history of over a million years from prehistoric times (1,150,000 years ago - 21st Century BC) to about 1840 AD. The museum's collections include bronzes, terracotta statuary, ceramics, bronze mirrors, and coins and currency, calligraphy, rubbings, scrolls and so on.
Big Goose Pagoda: A Buddhist pagoda which was built in 652 during the Tang Dynasty and originally had five stories. One of the pagoda's many functions was to hold sutras and figurines of the Buddha that were brought to China from India by the Buddhist translator and traveller Xuanzang.
Muslim Quarters: Located to the north of the West Street in the city center, the quarter is the hub of the Muslim community in Xian, it is a fascinating area where you can find exotic food, interesting people and great souvenir stalls.
Day 02 Xi'an - Beijing (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Tour to the Terra-cotta Warriors Museum. After lunch, drive back to the city center of Xian and visit the Ancient City Wall. Take flight back to Beijing. Be met and transferred to your hotel in Beijing, end of service.

Terracotta Warriors: A collection of terracotta sculptures depicting the armies of Qin Shi Huang (259 BC - 210 BC), the first Emperor of China. It is a form of funerary art buried with the emperor and whose purpose was to protect the emperor in his afterlife. Life size terracotta figures of warriors and horses arranged in battle formations are the star features at the museum.
Xi'an Ancient City Wall: Initially built during the old Tang dynasty (618 -907), Xi'an Ancient City Wall is the most complete city wall that has survived in China, as well being one of the largest ancient military defensive systems. The wall now stands 12 meters tall, 12-14 meters wide at the top and 15-18 meters thick at the bottom. It covers 13.7 kilometers in length with a deep moat surrounding it.

What is single supplement? - The hotel is based on double occupancy. If the visitor travels alone or the number of the travelers is odd (such as 3, 5, 7...), who stays in one single room has to pay the single room supplement. As the hotel is on double occupancy.
